Join us in our cafe on Friday afterniions for a little bit of downtime. Whether you want to destress in the woodland area or just fancy a cup of something warm from the coffee and chat, this social is all about unwinding.
Activities such as art workshops and crafts can be booked in advance, but games are available at the cafe for no extra cost.
Our social for adults with disabilities is on the last Monday of every month between 1 and 3pm (starting from March).
Painting Nights
Artistic Adventures runs monthly painting nights at our centre for over 16’s. These sessions are run by our Arts Manager, Amy.
There’s no prior experience needed for these nights as you will be guided through the paintings step-by-step.

If you are a therapist and would like to book the therapy room at The Nebula Centre, please book here. Please ensure that you have completed and returned our room booking contract and have valid insurance before booking.
